When utilizing the native Apple Watch app to track your workouts, there is currently no streamlined method for exporting that data. This application addresses this limitation by extracting data from HealthKit, retrieving various workouts such as running and cycling, and converting them into convenient GPX files. These GPX files can be further utilized by uploading them to Strava, opening them in your preferred GPX editor, or sharing them as needed.
If iCloud Drive is activated on your device, GPX files will be automatically synchronized to a designated folder titled "GPX Workout." Accessing these files is made simple through the Finder app on your Mac or via the Files app on iOS.
